LOCQUIREC
Far from the clamour of the bigger seaside resorts, Locquirec has kept an authentic, family atmosphere. It is a typical little Breton village, whose charm has been well-preserved.
Presqu'île de la baie de Lannion, the numerous viewpoints offer grandiose landscapes on the whole western part of the Pink Granite Coast. You can also see the Ile Grande, Trébeurden, Saint Michel en Grève and of course Plestin les Grèves. The town center is developed around the charming church of Saint Jacques, dating from 1674, and the small typical port. It is here that stores, restaurants and other businesses cohabit.
Because of its nature of a peninsula, Locquirec has the advantage of offering sheltered beaches whatever the prevailing winds. The one of the port, central, is one of the rare ones to offer a south-east exposure in Northern Brittany.

AN IDYLLIC LOCATIONE
On the border of Finistère and the Côtes d'Armor, the little headland port of Locquirec is perfectly situated in the best preserved and « iodée » area of Brittany.
Between Finistère & Côtes d'Armor
Ideally located with its feet in the water, between the superb Pink Granite Coast and the Wild Coast, the quiet and picturesque peninsula of Locquirec is home to the Grand Hôtel des Bains.
At high tide, the sea licks the avenue of lime trees that borders the park. At low tide, when the sea retreats, it leaves an immense beach. It is a superb walk to cross the bay or to go swimming in the clear and invigorating water. A real nectar.
